Yesterday I missed my nap, and I intended to go to bed around 10:30 but Yu Lee was watching a You Tube video and we went to bed slightly later than intended.
When we got into bed we talked for a few minutes, but as soon as we settled down to sleep I was asleep in seconds! I slept solidly through the night, and when my alarm went off I knew I needed more sleep so I set another alarm for 5:30am.
I've slept for 6.5 hours and I still feel a little sleepy. Hopefully I will be able to sleep for my nap today.

I came home at lunch time to sleep today. At first I thought I wouldn't sleep, but after about half an hour I drifted off and had a good but short sleep.
I set an alarm to go off at 2:45 but I woke up naturally about 10 minutes before it.
