Last night I was pretty tired and fell asleep quickly. I slept through the night and got up to my alarm at 5:00am. I was quite sleepy this morning.

I was tired this morning so I went to sleep early. I felt like I slept quite lightly and wasn't even sure that I was asleep until my alarm went off, then I realised I was still really sleepy. I laid in bed dozing with the alarm going off for about 20 minutes...

...after 20 minutes listening to the alarm I got up, switched it off and went back to sleep. I fell straight back to sleep and woke up after about 45 minutes, then dozed for another 20 minutes.

Last night I wasn't particularly tired, probably due to the fact I'd slept so much during the day. It took me a little while to fall asleep, but it wasn't long enough to justify restarting the timer.
I slept through until 4:00am when I woke up naturally. I went back to sleep and when the alarm went off it took me a while to wake up and turn it off.
