Last night we went to bed around 1:00am and it took me quite a while to fall asleep. I couldn't get warm so in the end I put on some pyjamas, and after that I managed to fall asleep.
This morning I woke up at 6:30am to the alarm, and then reset it for 6:45am and went back to sleep.
