Last night I was pretty tired again so I went to bed relatively early and fell asleep quickly. I slept through the night without waking.

I felt a little bit tired this morning and took advantage of the weekend to take a nice long nap. I set my alarm for 1:30pm, but when it went off I went straight back to sleep and woke up again 25 minutes later.
This was a nice nap.

This sleep looks shorter than usual but isn't - it's because the clocks went back!
I actually forgot about the clocks going back last night. We went out and I had a few beers, and when I went to bed I said to Yu Lee that I thought I would wake up tired today. She suggested I give myself an extra half hour which I did, so my alarm went off at 5:30am. Because I'd forgotten about the clocks going back this was actually 4:30am though.
When I woke up I was definitely dreaming, and I was so close to remembering it but I couldn't quite get it. The act of jumping up to turn off my alarm is really good at making me forget my dreams! All I could remember was a feeling and some really vague memories.
I feel good this morning.
