Yesterday I felt quite sleepy around 10:00pm, but when we finally got to bed it took me a little while to fall asleep.
This morning I felt pretty good when I got up.

Today I put in my ear plugs and wore my mask to sleep. I slept for about an hour before waking up briefly, then I went back to sleep for a little while longer. When I woke up I still had 5 minutes before my alarm was due to go off so I laid there, and then when it did go off I couldn't be bothered to get up and laid in bed for another 5 minutes before going back to work.

Last night I was pretty tired again so I went to bed relatively early and fell asleep quickly. I slept through the night without waking.
