This sleep looks shorter than usual but isn't - it's because the clocks went back!
I actually forgot about the clocks going back last night. We went out and I had a few beers, and when I went to bed I said to Yu Lee that I thought I would wake up tired today. She suggested I give myself an extra half hour which I did, so my alarm went off at 5:30am. Because I'd forgotten about the clocks going back this was actually 4:30am though.
When I woke up I was definitely dreaming, and I was so close to remembering it but I couldn't quite get it. The act of jumping up to turn off my alarm is really good at making me forget my dreams! All I could remember was a feeling and some really vague memories.
I feel good this morning.
Today I came over pretty sleepy during the morning, probably due to the fact I went out last night. We wanted to go sofa shopping and the shops didn't open until 11:00am so I decided to take an early nap.
I slept pretty lightly and woke up after an hour. I went back to sleep, and then at 11:00am my dad called and woke me up, but I didn't mind because my alarm was due to go off in 15 minutes anyway.
I laid in bed on the phone and afterwards I stayed there until about 11:30am. I felt somewhat refreshed but my nap wasn't as satisfying as usual.
Last night I felt pretty sleepy while we were watching TV and we went to bed quite early. I fell asleep quickly and slept solidly through the night.

Dream: Monday 28 October 2013 05:00
This morning I was dreaming, and I think it was a fairly complex dream. The only bit I remember was having half of my head shaved! I think it was the front half that was shaved so I had long hair at the back and no hair at the front which looked ridiculous.
