Last night I didn't feel particularly tired when I went to bed but I fell asleep quickly and had a good night's sleep.
I woke up naturally this morning at 4:45am and looked at the clock, and whilst debating whether or not to get up I must have drifted back off to sleep again. I woke up again 15 minutes later and got up.
It's nice to get up without an alarm clock! I think it means that I'm getting the correct amount of sleep.

I think I've got the hang of lunch time napping! I took slightly longer for lunch and had a great sleep, and woke up from a dream after about 1.5 hours. When I woke up (because my alarm went off) I felt a bit disorientated and groggy, but after a few more minutes in bed I was good to go!

I went to bed at about 11:30pm but I couldn't sleep and got up half an hour later.
