Last night we watched a really weird film and I had a large glass of wine, and then soon after we went to bed. I fell asleep quickly and woke up to my alarm at 5:30am. I snoozed it twice (I actually pressed the wrong button by accident) and then got up at 6:00am.

Today when I went for my nap I fell asleep quickly, and woke up after 55 minutes. I looked at the clock and decided it was not long enough and went back to sleep for another half an hour.
