Last night I went to sleep way too early, mainly because Yu Lee was falling asleep, and as a result I couldn't sleep for ages. I laid in bed for about half an hour, then got up for 20 minutes, and then laid in bed for another 20 minutes before falling asleep.
Once I did get to sleep I slept solidly through the night and when my alarm went off at 5:45am I had no desire to get up and went back to sleep for another 45 minutes.

Yesterday I had a driving lesson at 9:00am, and then when I got back I had something to eat and then came over really tired. I went to bed at 11:30am which is pretty early for nap time and fell asleep very quickly.
First I woke up after 1 hour and recorded the end of my sleep, but then I decided to lay there a little while longer and the next thing I knew I'd drifted off to sleep, had a really weird dream and woken up again an hour later. Then I drifted off to sleep again and woke up after a total of 3 hours.
That was a long nap!
