I managed to get up at the correct time for the second day in a row. I did feel quite tired though and I could have easily slept for longer.

This was quite a frustrating nap. When I got in from work I was pretty tired, so I went to bed at about 4:30 and fell asleep instantly. The problem is that the school out the back of my house was obviously having some kind of event, and everyone came out very loudly which woke me up. When I looked at the clock only 8 minutes had passed since I laid down, so I'm guessing I was only asleep for 2 or 3 minutes.

As it was noisy I decided to put my ear plugs in and reset the timer. I also changed the alarm time from 6:30 to 7:00.

When I had finally nodded off again, it must have been about 5:30 because I woke up very soon afterwards when my girlfriend came home. I didn't bother restarting the timer this time as I think I had been dozing for about 10 - 15 minutes, but again it took me a while to fall asleep, I would guess about 15 more minutes.

Eventually I did get some undisturbed sleep until Yu Lee came in at about 2 minutes to 7, asking if I was going to get up and make dinner! I didn't mind though and I felt like I had woken from a nice sleep.

Overall I laid in bed for 2.5 hours but I think I only really slept for 1.5 hours of it.
