This morning I actually managed to get up at 5:30 - let's see if I can do it again tomorrow! I haven't stuck to the pattern for 2 consecutive days for ages now...

Recently I have been setting the alarm for 7:00pm when I nap, and normally I seem to wake up naturally after 1.5 - 2 hours, but today I actually slept right through until 2 minutes before the alarm.
I got in from work and was tired, maybe because I went to the pub at lunch time for a beer and an enormous burger! I went to bed and fell straight to sleep, but about 5 minutes later Yu Lee came in which woke me up. I fell asleep again soon afterwards and slept for a total of 2.5 hours.
Even with all of this sleep I still feel quite sleepy tonight!
