Last night I went to bed at about 11:30pm and fell asleep very quickly. I woke up twice in the night: I have no idea what time it was the first time but the second time I looked at the clock and it was 4:30am, and I thought it was just a little bit too early to get up.

This morning I got up when my first alarm went off and it was easy to get up. I feel like I got a good night's sleep.

It took me a little while to fall asleep for this nap, but once again I drifted off into a nice, deep, dream filled sleep.

When my alarm went off I wasn't even sure that I'd been asleep despite the fact I was dreaming!

Forest of Wishes

I dreamt I was in a forest somewhere, and it was a magic place where you could get exactly what you wanted just by thinking about it, but it would only work 3 times. I remember walking through the woods and looking at what everyone had wished for.

Last night I didn't feel particularly tired when I went to bed but I fell asleep quickly and had a good night's sleep.

I woke up naturally this morning at 4:45am and looked at the clock, and whilst debating whether or not to get up I must have drifted back off to sleep again. I woke up again 15 minutes later and got up.

It's nice to get up without an alarm clock! I think it means that I'm getting the correct amount of sleep.
