Last night I didn't feel that tired when we went to bed, but in the end I fell asleep quickly. I slept through until the alarm at 6:15am, then reset it to 6:30am and went back to sleep.
When the alarm went off the second time it was much easier to wake up.

I came to wake Yu Lee up at about 8:30am, but in the end I got into bed for a while to wake her up. After laying there for 45 minutes she got up and I went back to sleep!
I didn't set an alarm and caught up on a bit of sleep.
