This morning, once again I struggled to get out of bed. I woke up straight away and at 5:35 I recorded the end of my sleep. Then I laid there for a few minutes and the next thing I knew I had dozed off and it was now 6:05.
I'm starting to get a bit frustrated that I am finding it hard to get up, and it almost feels like I am slipping back into my monophasic bad habit of snoozing the alarm. Hopefully this is something that I can stop doing, but my willpower is not always so strong at that time of the morning.

For the first time in ages, I actually struggled a bit for this nap. I wasn't really that tired, and it took me at least half an hour to fall asleep, but I'm pretty sure I got there in the end.
I didn't really feel like I'd been properly asleep afterwards, although I know I must have slept as it no way felt anything like laying there for 2 hours. I did feel nice and relaxed though, and I felt rested afterwards.
