Last night I was pretty tired by the time I went to bed and I fell asleep in less than 5 minutes. I slept through the night and woke up to my alarm at 5:30am, then I went back to sleep and woke up naturally after another half an hour.

When I got up I felt like I'd had a little bit too much sleep.

Today I had a pretty good nap, and I definitely dreamt of something but I don't remember what. After my nap I laid in bed for 15 minutes thinking about some of the houses we have been looking at and what I want to do with our house...

Last night I went to bed at about 11:30pm and fell asleep very quickly. I woke up twice in the night: I have no idea what time it was the first time but the second time I looked at the clock and it was 4:30am, and I thought it was just a little bit too early to get up.

This morning I got up when my first alarm went off and it was easy to get up. I feel like I got a good night's sleep.
