Last night I was definitely ready for my bed and fell asleep quickly. I find being awake for so long really tiring, and I really missed the refreshed feeling after my nap.
This morning when the alarm went off I was having a vivid and weird dream, and then when I got up I felt pretty tired.

This morning I felt pretty sleepy and debated going for an even earlier nap. I ate lunch around 10:30am and did a little bit more work before nap time.
When I went for my nap, it took me a little while to fall properly asleep. This is quite normal when I take my nap early: I'm really tired, but don't fall asleep straight away and lay there in a half asleep state for a while. When I did fall asleep I slept deeply.
I woke up about 15 minutes before the alarm but went back to sleep again. This was a nice nap!
