Last night I felt quite tired, but mainly because I was trying to get my head around some accounting stuff. When I went to bed it took me a while to fall asleep which is unsurprising as I had such a long nap.

I set the alarm for 7:00am today as I need to be awake in the daytime to receive a delivery. I woke at 2:00am, then at 5:30am, then to my alarm at 7:00am and then snoozed for about an hour.

I feel horrible after sleeping for so long.

Last night I was definitely ready for my bed and fell asleep quickly. I find being awake for so long really tiring, and I really missed the refreshed feeling after my nap.

This morning when the alarm went off I was having a vivid and weird dream, and then when I got up I felt pretty tired.
