Why am I sleeping so much? Last night I went to bed around 11pm and it took me more than half an hour to get to sleep, so I'm not that tired.

When I did fall asleep I slept through until my alarm at 4:30am. At the time I thought I wish I could set another alarm for half an hour but it is too much effort to change the time on my alarm clock. The next thing I knew I'd fallen asleep again and woken up at about 5:20am.

I recorded the end of my sleep when I woke up again, but in the end I dozed off again and changed it.

Today I had a conversation with my manager and he agreed that I could take 2 hours for lunch whenever I feel like it (obviously I have to stay an hour later to make up for it), so today I took advantage of that and went home for a sleep at lunchtime.

It took me a reasonable amount of time to fall asleep (at least 20 minutes) but I'm pretty sure I did sleep. I set my alarm for 1.5 hours after I went to sleep but I woke up at least twice, and the last time was just 5 minutes before my alarm so I got up then.

The quality of my sleep wasn't 100% as I still haven't gotten used to sleeping in my lunch break but I think this will get better with time.

Tonight Yu Lee was back and she was tired so she went to bed at around 11:00pm and I went to bed with her. I didn't realise how tired I was until I got into bed and I fell asleep in about 15 minutes.

I slept solidly through the night until my alarm went off at 4:30am, and this time I actually managed to get up! It was nice to have some extra time in the morning again...
