Last night I went to bed way too early! I laid in bed for about 40 minutes before I fell asleep.
Once I got to sleep I slept through until my alarm, but then I couldn't be bothered to get up and ended up dozing in bed for nearly an hour. I was awake at about 5:15am but I stayed in bed until 5:30. I really didn't feel motivated to get up this morning...

Today I came home at lunch time to sleep as I need to go out after work to meet with one of my Spanish friends.
It took me a little while to fall asleep, maybe 15 minutes or so, but I did have a pretty good, refreshing sleep. When my alarm went off I was sleeping quite deeply but I managed to get up and back to work quickly.
This was a good nap!

Why am I sleeping so much? Last night I went to bed around 11pm and it took me more than half an hour to get to sleep, so I'm not that tired.
When I did fall asleep I slept through until my alarm at 4:30am. At the time I thought I wish I could set another alarm for half an hour but it is too much effort to change the time on my alarm clock. The next thing I knew I'd fallen asleep again and woken up at about 5:20am.
I recorded the end of my sleep when I woke up again, but in the end I dozed off again and changed it.
