Last night I laid in bed for about half an hour before I fell asleep, probably because Yu Lee fell asleep straight away and we didn't chat before sleeping so I needed a little while to relax.
I set my alarm for 4:45am, but after it went off I let myself fall back to sleep for a while. 5:10am is late for me!

After I got back from my driving lesson I went to bed pretty much straight away. After almost half an hour I looked at the clock and I was still awake so I marked it as 'did not sleep'. It wasn't frustrating though and I felt very relaxed.
After that I fell asleep and then when I woke up almost an hour later I was confused as to whether I had slept yet or not. I was thinking to myself "should I reset the timer again?" but eventually I realised I had already been to sleep!
I feel pretty god now.

Last night I went to bed a little later than I probably should have, and it took me about 10 - 15 minutes to get to sleep. I set my alarm for 4:45am but this morning I was exhausted when my alarm went off!
After my alarm I went back to sleep for 20 minutes before getting up.
