I'm not sure why but it took me quite a while to fall asleep last night. I wasn't bored or frustrated, but I looked at the clock and realised it was 12:30am so I decided to record the time.
When I fell asleep I slept through solidly until my alarm went off at 4:30am. I recorded my sleep immediately, but then I rolled over onto my front and went back to sleep. When I woke up 20 minutes later I adjusted the sleep time. Even I can't get by on just 4 hours sleep!

I was playing on the computer when I started to feel a little tired so I went for my nap and fell asleep in a couple of minutes. I didn't feel as tired as I do sometimes after work (even when I can't sleep) but this time of day is so much more natural for napping!
I had a nice little nap and then I laid in bed for 10 minutes before getting up.

Last night I laid in bed for about half an hour before I fell asleep, probably because Yu Lee fell asleep straight away and we didn't chat before sleeping so I needed a little while to relax.
I set my alarm for 4:45am, but after it went off I let myself fall back to sleep for a while. 5:10am is late for me!
