Last night we were playing Guild Wars 2 until about 11:30pm when we went to bed. It's difficult to go straight to sleep after playing so we ended up laying in bed and talking for a while.
When we finally turned out the light I was asleep in seconds! I set my alarm for 4:50am as we had gone to bed so late, but when it went off I struggled to get up so I probably should have set it later. After my alarm went off I ended up dozing in bed for about 15 minutes. I was dreaming when my alarm went off.

Today I felt quite sleepy when I first got up but after about 15 minutes I felt fine and I have felt fine all day. I started to feel sleepy again around 2:30pm so I decided to take a nap.
In the first 20 minutes I actually looked at the clock 3 times, and then marked my sleep in red on the sleep chart and started it again. After that I put on my sleep mask and after a short while took it off and ended the sleep. This time 40 more minutes had passed so I must have fallen asleep for a while.
I don't really feel tired now but I don't feel like I slept properly. It seems like I simply don't need much sleep at the moment for some reason.

Last night we went to bed just before 11:00pm and chatted for about 20 minutes before we went to sleep. I fell asleep extremely quickly and slept through until about 4:15am when I woke up naturally and then dozed for 15 minutes.
When my alarm clock changed to 4:29 I had my eyes open so I turned the alarm off, and the next time I glanced at it it already said 4:31 so I turned it back on again ready for tomorrow!
I suppose this just goes to show that I am getting enough sleep, even if I didn't sleep properly for my nap yesterday.
