Last night we went to bed just before 11:00pm and chatted for about 20 minutes before we went to sleep. I fell asleep extremely quickly and slept through until about 4:15am when I woke up naturally and then dozed for 15 minutes.
When my alarm clock changed to 4:29 I had my eyes open so I turned the alarm off, and the next time I glanced at it it already said 4:31 so I turned it back on again ready for tomorrow!
I suppose this just goes to show that I am getting enough sleep, even if I didn't sleep properly for my nap yesterday.

Today I went to a bar at lunch time for some Spanish conversation, and then in the afternoon I had just over an hour at the office before home time. When I got back from work I was still feeling a little groggy from my beer and when I went to bed I fell asleep in just over 10 minutes (I saw the clock when I rolled over just before falling asleep).
I slept through for a while, and when I opened my eyes I remember thinking that I hadn't been asleep for long. I laid there for a few minutes and then when I looked at the clock again I realised I had read it wrong and I'd actually had an hour and a half.
This was a nice nap!

Last night I fell asleep very quickly and slept through solidly until my alarm this morning at 4:30am which woke me up from a dream. Ater I woke up I laid in bed and fell back to sleep. I dozed for about 15 minutes and then got up.
