Last night I started to fell really tired around 10:30pm and I probably should have gone to bed then but Yu Lee needed to pack for a work trip today. In the end we went to bed around 11:30pm and I fell asleep in about 15 minutes. I slept through until my alarm, and when it went off I didn't even attempt to wake up. I looked at the time, turned it off and let myself go straight back to sleep.
About an hour later I woke up and got up. I think I needed a bit of extra sleep today.

For my nap today I didn't sleep particularly well. I went down the pub at lunch time and had a beer, and when I got home I felt a bit tired but I didn't fall asleep very easily. Even when I got up I wasn't sure that I'd slept until I looked at the clock and realised how much time had passed.
When I did wake up I struggled to get out of bed. Yu Lee is away for a couple of days and I just couldn't be bothered to get up!

Last night I went to bed way too early! I laid in bed for about 40 minutes before I fell asleep.
Once I got to sleep I slept through until my alarm, but then I couldn't be bothered to get up and ended up dozing in bed for nearly an hour. I was awake at about 5:15am but I stayed in bed until 5:30. I really didn't feel motivated to get up this morning...
