Last night I went to bed around 11:00pm and fell asleep around 11:30pm. It took me a little while to fall asleep, and it was one of those nights where I actually woke up a few times. I think I remember waking up at 3:20am and thinking that it was way too early to get up, and then again at 4:10am, and finally my alarm woke me up at 4:30am and I got up.
I feel slightly more tired today than I did yesterday.

This was another really nice nap!
Today we had a team lunch at work (well it was a late breakfast for everyone else but when you get up at 4:30am that makes it lunch time!), and I was very full even by the time I got home at 4:00pm. I went straight to bed and laid there for at the most 2 or 3 minutes before I drifted off to sleep.
I woke up about an hour and a quarter later from a really nice sleep. I think this is pretty much the ideal length of time for me. I was still just waking up wen Yu Lee go home and we ended up staying in the bedroom for a while and chatting for 45 minutes.
