Last night I went to bed a little bit later as I don't seem to be needing as much sleep at the moment.
After what seemed like a couple of minutes of laying in bed, I came over really thirsty and decided to get up and get a drink of water. I looked at the clock and it was 1:15am, so I'd actually been in bed for 45 minutes. I concluded that I must have dozed off and woken up again as the time went so quickly, so I didn't restart my sleep on this chart.
After I fell asleep for the second time I slept right through the night. I was in a deep sleep this morning and it took me a few moments to realise that the alarm was going off and I needed to get up.

I finished my freelance work for the day and napped on the sofa for a couple of hours.

I fell asleep quickly and I think I woke up around 4:30am. I thought I didn't go back to sleep, but in the end it turned out I was dreaming. The fact that I started smoking a pipe gave it away!
I woke up again at 5:00am when the alarm went off.
