Last night I went to bed around 11:30pm and surprisingly I fell asleep quickly (considering I had a long nap). I slept through until 4:00am when I woke up naturally, but then I went back to sleep and slept past my alarm and eventually got up around 5:20am.

Today we were in London, and I managed to go for a nap in Yu Lee's mum's room. She put on a fresh pillow and I slept on top of her duvet.
It took me a while to fall properly asleep (around 25 minutes) but after that I did manage to drift off although I'm not sure that the sleep was particularly good quality. Then I slept for about an hour and a half.
I felt good afterwards, and I'm sure I would have felt much more sleepy if I'd not had my nap so it was well worth it.

Last night I started to fell really tired around 10:30pm and I probably should have gone to bed then but Yu Lee needed to pack for a work trip today. In the end we went to bed around 11:30pm and I fell asleep in about 15 minutes. I slept through until my alarm, and when it went off I didn't even attempt to wake up. I looked at the time, turned it off and let myself go straight back to sleep.
About an hour later I woke up and got up. I think I needed a bit of extra sleep today.
