Last night Yu Lee went to bed around 10:00pm but I wasn't tired so I stayed up until just after 11:00pm. When we go to bed we normally lay in bed and talk for 15 - 20 minutes, but as Yu Lee was fast asleep I just laid in bed myself and tried to go to sleep. It took my around half an hour to fall asleep, so I guess this 'winding down' period is actually important!

This morning I woke up at 4:25am and went back to sleep for another 5 minutes before my alarm went off. I found it much easier to get out of bed today.

This was an amazing nap! I felt tired at work this afternoon, and when I got in my bead I was asleep in about a minute. I woke up about an hour and a half later when Yu Lee came in and turned the light on.

I felt really good and refreshed after this nap!

Last night I went to bed around 11:00pm and fell asleep around 11:30pm. It took me a little while to fall asleep, and it was one of those nights where I actually woke up a few times. I think I remember waking up at 3:20am and thinking that it was way too early to get up, and then again at 4:10am, and finally my alarm woke me up at 4:30am and I got up.

I feel slightly more tired today than I did yesterday.
