Last night I set my alarm for 7:45am and fell asleep quickly. I was in a really deep sleep and it took me a while to notice the alarm, but once I was awake I stayed up.

I was pretty tired around lunch time, but for some reason I struggled to unwind when I got to bed. After 20 minutes I was about to give up, but then I did fall asleep and had a pretty good nap.
