Today I felt sleepy around 1:00pm, but I came up for my nap about an hour later after eating and watching a TED talk.
It took me slightly longer than usual to fall asleep, and I slept lightly. I woke up naturally about 10 minutes before my alarm with a lot of saliva in my mouth.
