Last night I initially went to bed at 12:30 but it took me quite a while to fall asleep, probably due to the obscene amounts of sleep I'd had the previous night. When I woke up this morning I was a little tired, and I laid in bed in bed for about 10 minutes after logging the time for this sleep.

This was a lovely nap! I thought I wouldn't sleep so well for it as I didn't fall asleep very quickly last night, but I drifted off into a nice deep sleep and when the alarm went off I thought it was morning and didn't want to get up!

I had put a chicken in the oven on the timer before going to sleep, and I only had an hour left to cook the potatoes which motivated me to get up.
