Last night I fell asleep quickly and slept through until 4:00am. I went back to sleep and woke up again at 4:50am, and then slept for another 10 minutes until my alarm at 5:00am.
I had a dream last night but I'm not going to write about it here!

This morning I felt pretty tired so I went to bed a little bit early. I set an alarm for 3 hours, but I woke up naturally just before 12:30pm.
As it's a Saturday and I have all day, I decided to go back to sleep again but as I was falling back to sleep my phone went and it woke me up, but not in time to answer it. I laid in bed for 20 minutes but didn't sleep, and then got up.

Last night I fell asleep quickly and slept through until 4:00am this morning when I woke from a dream. At the time I could remember my dream and was thinking about what I would write here, but now that I've been to sleep again I have forgotten it completely.
When I woke up I felt wide awake, like I wouldn't be able to get back to sleep, but as usual I was back asleep in seconds!
My alarm went off at 5:00am and once again I was dreaming, but the act of jumping out of bed was enough to forget that dream too.
