Last night it took me a little while to fall asleep, and then I slept through until 6:20am. I dozed for 15 minutes before getting up.
I actually feel like I slept a little too long, despite sleeping less than the previous night. This is probably because I did manage a nap yesterday.

I felt pretty sleepy, but when I got to bed I wasn't so sure that I would sleep and felt restless. I did nearly drop off a few times, but then I came close to giving up.
I laid there for a little while longer and then had a lovely nap! I wouldn't have slept for 1.5 hours if I didn't need it...
