Last night I stayed up and had another beer when I probably should have gone to bed, but I was enjoying myself.
It took me a little while to fall asleep, despite being tired, and then I slept through until 4:50am. I woke up again some time around 5:30am, and then got up at 5:45am.
Now my sleeping pattern seems to be shifting back again (which is a good thing).
