Last night we went to bed just after 11 and it took me about 10 minutes to fall asleep. I slept through solidly until my alarm but then I dozed for 45 minutes instead of getting up.

Today I was a bit tired for my driving lesson (12:00 - 1:30) and afterwards I pretty much went straight to sleep. I fell asleep quickly but I woke up after about 40 minutes and put my eye mask on. After that I slept like a log until Yu Lee came in just before 4:00pm.
This was a pretty good nap, and afterwards I had tea and did some rollerblading!

Last night I went to bed around 11:30pm and surprisingly I fell asleep quickly (considering I had a long nap). I slept through until 4:00am when I woke up naturally, but then I went back to sleep and slept past my alarm and eventually got up around 5:20am.
