Last night we went to bed a little later than intended because we were doing a dungeon in Guild Wars 2 and it took longer than we thought it would.
When I settled down to sleep it actually took me a little bit longer to fall asleep than usual, probably around 10 minutes but maybe a little longer. I slept through until 4:27am which was 3 minutes before my alarm, but then I went back to sleep until my alarm went off. I must have been tired though because after my alarm I drifted back off to sleep for another 50 minutes and ended up getting up at 5:20am.

When I got home I felt a bit tired, but when I got into my bed it took me a while to calm down enough to sleep. I remember looking at the clock at 4:30pm and thinking "If I'm not asleep in 2 more minutes I'm getting up", but I obviously managed to fall asleep soon after that as the next thing I remember was waking up at 5:25pm.
This was a nice sleep and I actually felt like I could have gone back to sleep if I'd have wanted to. It's just a shame it took me nearly 20 minutes to fall asleep!

Last night Yu Lee went to bed around 10:00pm but I wasn't tired so I stayed up until just after 11:00pm. When we go to bed we normally lay in bed and talk for 15 - 20 minutes, but as Yu Lee was fast asleep I just laid in bed myself and tried to go to sleep. It took my around half an hour to fall asleep, so I guess this 'winding down' period is actually important!
This morning I woke up at 4:25am and went back to sleep for another 5 minutes before my alarm went off. I found it much easier to get out of bed today.
