I went to bed a little earlier last night and fell asleep easily. I do remember looking at the clock about an hour after I went to bed, but as the time had passed so quickly I must have been sleeping before that and woken up briefly.
This morning I felt very refreshed.

I wasn't that tired today and I wasn't sure I would sleep for my nap. I woke up after about an hour, but then I went back to sleep and when my alarm went off I was sleeping deeply and didn't want to get up.
I listened to the alarm for 10 minutes before getting out of bed and switching it off.
