Last night I fell asleep quickly and slept through the night without waking. When my alarm went off I got up easily.

Today for my nap I slept pretty deeply, but I did wake up half way through practically drowning in my own saliva! Despite that it was a good nap!

I went to bed a little earlier last night and fell asleep easily. I do remember looking at the clock about an hour after I went to bed, but as the time had passed so quickly I must have been sleeping before that and woken up briefly.
This morning I felt very refreshed.
