Last night I went out with one of my Spanish friends and had a couple of beers. This morning I was really feeling it - I must be getting old or something!
I woke up at around 4:00am, then I dozed on and off for an hour and got up at 5:00am which was half an hour after my alarm.

I felt a bit rough when I initially got up, and after a cup of tea and a shower I decided to go back to bed for a while.
I only lightly dozed but it did me a lot of good and when I woke up again I felt a lot better.

Today I came home again at lunch time to nap. I felt much more sleepy this time and I think I fell asleep in around 10 - 15 minutes.
I set my alarm to go off over just over an hour, but even though I was properly asleep I woke up naturally just before my alarm. This sleep was refreshing but I felt a bit groggy afterwards.

Last night we went to bed just after 11 and it took me about 10 minutes to fall asleep. I slept through solidly until my alarm but then I dozed for 45 minutes instead of getting up.
