Last night I felt pretty tired all evening, but when I went to bed I had lots of thoughts running around inside my head and found it hard to sleep. After about 20 minutes I decided to get up and go on the computer for a while, and returned to bed about an hour later.
When I returned it still took me another 20 minutes to fall asleep. Once I was asleep I slept solidly until the alarm, and then I felt like I could have slept a lot longer!

Today I felt a little bit sleepy from my lack of sleep last night, and when nap time came around I fell asleep very quickly.
I woke up naturally at 2:00pm (after about 1.5 hours), but my alarm was set for 20 past so I let myself go back to sleep. When my alarm did finally go off I set it again for 3:00pm, and then after it went off the second time I laid in bed for 20 minutes and might have dozed off again.
That was a great nap!
