Last night I went to bed a little later than usual at about 1:10, but I was really tired so I started to drift straight away. Just as I was dozing off I thought I heard a weird noise which kind of sounded like a knock at the door - this woke me up and then it took a little longer to fall back to sleep.
Getting up this morning was a little easier than the previous days, but I did feel a little bit tired afterwards. I also felt slightly hungover, which may be because I had a beer at 11:00 the night before (although I drank plenty of water afterwards).

I felt really tired all afternoon, and when I finally went for my nap I fell asleep straight away.
Unfortunately I woke up after 1:15 which is not really enough for me. When I woke up my earplugs were annoying me so maybe that is what woke me up. I think I needed a little bit longer though because I still feel a bit sleepy...
