I think in terms of sleep quality that has to be one of the worst night's sleep I've had for a long time!
Yesterday I met up with a friend from my previous job, and we went out for Greek food and then some beers. We got home around 10:30pm and then watched some Naruto, and went to bed around midnight.
I fell asleep straight away but woke up about an hour later and needed the bathroom. Then I pretty much woke up every hour throughout the night, although to be honest I didn't really mind and got back to sleep in less than 10 minutes each time. At 4:30am I was wide awake and I went to the bathroom again, but then when my alarm went off at 5:00am and again at 5:15am I was fast asleep both times! I think I could have slept for longer in the end.

Today I came back a little early for my lunch break as I had a meeting at 2:00pm. I made myself a sandwich and went to bed and was asleep in minutes.
I woke up an hour later from a dream when my alarm went off, but I don't remember the dream any more.
I really needed this nap!

Last night I was doing project work until late and I couldn't get something to work for ages which was frustrating!
By the time I came to bed I was knackered and I fell asleep quickly. I slept like a log until my alarm went off this morning. I turned off my alarm and dozed for half an hour before getting up.
