When I said that we should start getting ready for bed it was about 11:30pm, but somehow it was 1:00am again by the time we actually went to sleep!
I fell asleep quickly and slept through until my alarm at 6:10am when I woke from a dream. I was super tired so I reset it for 6:30am.
I really need to shift my sleeping pattern but it doesn't seem to be happening!

Today I was tired for my nap and fell asleep pretty quickly. I had a lighter sleep and woke up a couple of times, but when my alarm went off I didn't really want to get up.
I wasn't sure at first whether I was waking from a nap or a night's sleep.
