Last night I went to bed a little later than intended. Me and Yu Lee were talking in bed for a while (despite the fact that I was really tired), so I got up and set my alarm a bit later.

When the alarm went off at 6:30am this morning I was not ready to get up so I set the alarm for 7:00am and went back to bed. I think I'm getting into bad habits!

I fell back to sleep again quickly and still struggled to get up when it went off a second time.

I felt pretty tired by nap time and fell asleep pretty quickly. I woke up after 1.5 hours and dozed for another 30 minutes afterwards. I could have gone back to sleep again and found it hard to get out of bed!
