Last night I was pretty tired by bed time and fell asleep quickly. I slept through the night and woke up to the alarm at 5:45.

I fell asleep relatively quickly for this nap and woke up just over an hour later. I drifted in and out for a few minutes before marking the end of my sleep, but then I laid in bed for another 10 minutes because it was cold and I didn't want to get out of bed.
