Last night I was pretty tired when I went to bed (at around 12:30am local time), and I fell asleep very quickly. Normally at my dad's house, if he has the tv on I find it hard to sleep without ear plugs as the noise seems to echo down the corridor to my bedroom. Last night when I went to bed I had the window open and there were a lot of noises coming from outside such as birds and dogs and things. My dad was cleaning up the kitchen too and all of the noises combined into a nice background noise that didn't stop me sleeping at all!

I set an alarm for the morning but I snoozed it once and then went back to sleep again anyway! I obviously needed to catch up on some sleep from the previous day.

Today we went to the pub at lunch time and afterwards I came home and went for a sleep. I fell asleep very quickly and woke up naturally after 1.5 hours.
