Last night we packed for our holiday in Spain (starting today) and then went to bed around 11:00pm. I fell asleep pretty quickly and slept through until my alarm at 3:00am.
This morning I felt a little sleepy but not too bad. I also felt tired on the plane but I think this was mainly due to the boredom of it as I perked up once I'd landed...

As usual when I am in Spain visiting my dad, we went down the pub at lunch time and had a few beers. Afterwards I went straight to bed for my nap and fell asleep in a minute or 2.
After about 10 - 15 minutes my phone went off and woke me up, but I missed it and had a missed call from a number I didn't recognise. I went back to sleep and fell asleep again in minutes and then woke up again after about 2 hours feeling very thirsty!

Last night I was pretty tired when I went to bed (at around 12:30am local time), and I fell asleep very quickly. Normally at my dad's house, if he has the tv on I find it hard to sleep without ear plugs as the noise seems to echo down the corridor to my bedroom. Last night when I went to bed I had the window open and there were a lot of noises coming from outside such as birds and dogs and things. My dad was cleaning up the kitchen too and all of the noises combined into a nice background noise that didn't stop me sleeping at all!
I set an alarm for the morning but I snoozed it once and then went back to sleep again anyway! I obviously needed to catch up on some sleep from the previous day.
