Last night I was extremely tired due to my missed nap. At about 9:00pm we watched a file, and half way through I felt that I could have fallen asleep in a second, but I managed to stay up past the end of the film and went to bed around 11:30pm.
When I did finally go to bed I think it took me a matter of seconds to actually fall sleep! I slept through until my alarm at 5:00am, and then I dozed back off for about 10 minutes. Writing this at 7:00am I could easily go back to sleep now if I wanted to...

Again, I felt a bit tired today around 1:00pm but by the time I got home I'd gotten over it and was unable to sleep.

Last night I was a bit tired but to be honest I could have easily stayed up later. Yu Lee wanted to go to bed at 10:00pm so we went to bed but we talked for about 20 minutes before turning the light out.
I fell asleep quickly and slept through solidly until 4:30am when my alarm went off. I was easily able to get up for a change, probably because I went to bed earlier. I didn't feel tired this morning.
