Last night I went to bed at midnight and set my alarm for 5:00am. I woke up naturally at about 4:40am from a really strange and exciting dream.

My dream had something to do with raiding some kind of futuristic building and felt like something out of an action movie which is unusual for me. Normally my dreams are much more mundane.

After I woke up I turned off my alarm because I was awake already, but then I fell back to sleep and woke up 5 minutes after it was going to go off anyway!

Today at work I felt really tired around 2:00pm, but by the time home time came around I'd snapped out of it. I laid down but I couldn't sleep, although it felt nice to rest a bit.

Last night I was extremely tired due to my missed nap. At about 9:00pm we watched a file, and half way through I felt that I could have fallen asleep in a second, but I managed to stay up past the end of the film and went to bed around 11:30pm.

When I did finally go to bed I think it took me a matter of seconds to actually fall sleep! I slept through until my alarm at 5:00am, and then I dozed back off for about 10 minutes. Writing this at 7:00am I could easily go back to sleep now if I wanted to...
