After having quite a lot of sleep in the end yesterday, it took me a while to fall asleep at night. It wasn't frustrating though.

As I've been taking a while to sleep at night, I decided to cut my nap down to 1.5 hours. I put on a sleep mask because it was very bright in my bedroom and fell asleep in about 5 - 10 minutes.
When my alarm went off I didn't want to get up!

This morning I didn't want to get up and I feel quite tired now.
